TRAINING
Speedier Scaffolding is fully committed to training and
development, and provides a comprehensive training schedule
for all personnel. These training schedules are continually
reviewed with additional training courses arranged and
implemented as required.
Our site teams have fully qualified Scaffolders with CISRS cards,
and we ensure that they have all the skills, information, and tools they need
to do the job efficiently and safely.
Speedier Scaffolding has an active apprenticeship programme, and trains operatives
from apprentice level right through to Advanced Scaffolder level - the highest
level of craft training. The majority of managers at Speedier Scaffolding are
craft trained. All operatives and managers hold the relevant CISRS / CSCS card.
All external training is carried out by professional training bodies such as
CITB, and internal training is given by competent persons. Competency and
progress reviews are carried out with all operatives. At our last renewal we achieved 1S0 9001:2008 status.
All employees are required to hold as a minimum, a valid
